Development Art of Milo Oblong as Popeye!

Here's an early concept sketch of Milo Oblong as Popeye! I was writing an episode where all of the characters were different iconic animated characters. I'll come across more of these as I clean out my life. Beth was Betty Boop.
I wasn't sure if it would be Halloween, a dream episode or something else entirely, I just knew I wanted to see the characters mash up with animated legends.
